So apparently I've been 'silent' for far too long. No proper post on my blog. Don't blame me, blame Singapore!
That's not really true because ever since GP test ended I've been busying myself with activities. I should actually be catching up on much needed sleep but temptations of Singapore Great Sale, debate training and food hunting surround me. It's hard not to cave in! Happy things, y'know?Given how frustrated with life I've been feeling, I think it's perfectly justified for me to indulge in material wants.
So a recap of what happened over the week. Saturday was spent running around Singapore: school, then my classmate's - Kevan - house and then Vivo at night to get my bus ticket. Sunday, amazingly, was spent at home clearing my pigsty of a room. When the new week came around, my 4am habits resurfaced and I practically skipped all of my 8am lectures, even the Econs lecture I really wanted to go for on Wednesday.
But on Wednesday! Spent the night at another classmates house - Cherlyn. Going to the housing area she stayed in reminds me so much of Jesselton in Penang. Strangely, it reminded me of Nessa and the night of New Years Eve of 2007. How it feels like a lifetime ago. And yesterday rushed back to school for debate training. And then to Vivo we went for dinner and to indulge in cake that our former president missed out on.
So that's basically my week summarized in two paragraphs.
On an entirely different note, I'm gonna curl up at home soon. Wait for me people. (:
